Manufacture

Our glassblowing department is one of the best equipped in the country, able to manufacture glassware from micro-scale to the largest process plant.

We work Borosilicate (Pyrex/Duran/Simax), Quartz, and Soda-Lime glass, together with a multitude of special glasses for graded and glass-to-metal seals. In addition we are proficient in many special processes including amberising, silvering, graduating, and calibration.

With associate manufacturing in Metals, Plastics, PTFE, and Wood, we are more than just a component supplier. We build complete complex reaction systems that include scaffolding, heating, stirring, dosing and more. At the opposite end of the scale we manufacture and assemble long runs of ultra-clean sample containers.
